Design-review edition. This page describes the current review build and proposed launch arrangements. The operator’s legal identity, provider contracts and final live configuration require approval before collecting enquiries or subscriptions.

Who this notice concerns

Google Ranker Pro is the brand shown on this website. For privacy questions, contact hello@googlerankerpro.com or use the telephone details on our Contact page.

Before launch: the business must confirm the full legal name of the controller, company number, registered office and applicable registration jurisdiction. Trading locations are not automatically the registered office. This review edition does not guess those details.

What happens in this review build

The enquiry and newsletter endpoints are empty. Submitting either form validates the entries in your browser but does not send them to our team or subscribe you. A valid demonstration displays an explicit “nothing sent” message. Please avoid entering sensitive information while reviewing the design.

Unsaved form entries are kept in the current page’s memory, not deliberately saved to local storage by the site. Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore pages. Calling or emailing uses the relevant application on your device; those communications are outside the unconnected demonstration form.

When a page is hosted publicly, the hosting and content-delivery providers still receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address and requested files. Fonts and temporary video files also require external network requests. See external resources.

Proposed grounds for live processing

The proposed basis for answering a business enquiry is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers; where you are personally asking to enter a contract, necessary pre-contract steps may apply instead. The relevant basis must be chosen for the actual relationship, not used as a blanket justification.

The proposed newsletter flow uses a separate, unchecked opt-in. Sending an enquiry is not newsletter consent. Security and delivery processing should be limited to what is needed to run and protect the website, with its assessment recorded. Any later legal recordkeeping obligation should be identified in the final notice.

These are proposed launch arrangements, not confirmation that an inactive CRM or email platform already processes your information.

Providers, access and transfers

The current review links refer to Vercel hosting, Google Fonts and CloudFront-hosted temporary video files. They are website-delivery resources, not evidence that those providers operate our enquiry inbox or newsletter. The final host, email provider, CRM, authorised team access, subprocessors and locations of processing must be recorded before launch.

If information is sent to another country, the final notice must explain the applicable transfer arrangement and how information about safeguards can be obtained. No particular adequacy decision, UK extension or contractual safeguard is claimed in this review edition because the actual contracts have not been supplied.

Directions links lead to an external map service only when followed. Other external sites have their own privacy notices.

How long information is kept

There is no submitted enquiry or subscription database in this build. The necessary preference record expires after 180 days unless refreshed by a new choice. The enquiry-status record expires after 30 minutes or when the browser session ends, whichever happens first.

For live communications, the proposed retention criteria are the duration of the enquiry or client relationship, whether information is needed to resolve a dispute, applicable recordkeeping duties, and whether a minimal unsubscribe-suppression record is needed to respect your choice. The business must set and document actual periods for inboxes, CRM records, backups and host logs before publishing its final retention policy.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may ask for access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction or portability. Some rights are conditional. We may need to check identity proportionately before responding.

Your right to object

You can object to use based on legitimate interests and object at any time to direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Use the contact email above to raise a request. Once a newsletter is operational, each marketing email must include an unsubscribe route. Cookie choices can be changed through Cookie settings; this is separate from email preferences.

Security and automated decisions

The service selectors change the displayed guidance; they do not make a legal or similarly significant decision about a person. The review build contains no automated lead-scoring or advertising profiling system. Its small interaction log stays in page memory and does not include names, emails, telephone numbers, website entries or messages.

The production service must use appropriate access controls, secure connections and retention procedures. Do not send credentials through the enquiry form. A generated presenter or illustrative result is not a real customer endorsement; these design elements carry their own labels.

Questions, complaints and updates

Please contact us first so the issue can be understood. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through the ICO complaints service. This does not limit any other applicable rights.

The final notice must be updated when the controller, purposes, providers or technologies change. Significant new uses may require further information or a new choice; changing this page alone does not create consent.
